1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 560jl online gaming website accessible at 560jl.net, including all associated pages, features, games, and services offered thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an eligible user on the 560jl platform.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 560jl platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total PHP funds held in a Player's 560jl account wallet at any given time, including both deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player's account subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a Player must stake a bonus amount before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" refers to the Philippine Peso, the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines and the sole transactional currency of the 560jl platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the registration process on 560jl and ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 These Terms apply to all users of the 560jl platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used to reach the platform.

2.3 560jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3 Eligibility

3.1 To register and use the 560jl platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the platform and placing any bets or wagers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or 560jl's internal responsible gaming database.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 560jl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction.

3.2 560jl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.3 Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any account balance.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 560jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details, is strictly prohibited.

4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.3 560jl reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration at any point during the player relationship. Accounts found to contain false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be suspended pending investigation and permanently closed if the information cannot be substantiated.

4.4 Your 560jl account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, pledge, or otherwise deal in your account or any rights associated with it.

4.5 Account Currency

All accounts on 560jl operate in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP. 560jl does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 560jl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.

5.2 All activity conducted through your account while logged in will be attributed to you, regardless of whether the activity was conducted by you personally. 560jl accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.

5.3 You must notify 560jl immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

5.4 560jl employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect account data and financial transactions. However, 560jl cannot guarantee absolute security and recommends that Players use strong, unique passwords and enable any available two-factor authentication features.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

560jl accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. All deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 560jl reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit or otherwise verified as belonging to the account holder. 560jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Processing times for withdrawal requests are subject to the processing schedules of the relevant payment provider. 560jl will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section.

6.3 Transaction Fees

560jl does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposit and withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond 560jl's control. Players are responsible for reviewing and accepting any fees imposed by their chosen payment provider.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 560jl may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

7.2 Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

7.3 560jl reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that:

• The bonus was claimed through fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms;
• The Player created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Bonus funds were used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion (e.g., low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play);
• The Player has not met the applicable wagering requirements within the validity period of the bonus.

7.4 Bonuses are not redeemable for cash except where explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may not be combined with other active promotions.

7.5 560jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 All bets placed on 560jl are subject to the specific game rules and sports betting rules applicable to each product, which are published within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

8.2 A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the 560jl system and a bet reference number has been generated. Bets displayed as "pending" are not confirmed until the system has processed the request.

8.3 560jl reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted in error, including but not limited to bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure.

8.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the records held by 560jl's system shall be considered the authoritative source of truth, unless a clear and documented technical error can be demonstrated.

8.5 Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time without notice, particularly during significant game events such as goals, red cards, or injury stoppages. Bets placed while a market is suspended will be voided.

8.6 560jl reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player account at any time, without being required to provide a reason.

9 Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 560jl platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour and failing to report them;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting using 560jl bonus funds;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Providing false identity documents during KYC verification;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Attempting to access other players' accounts without authorisation;
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Any other conduct that 560jl reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

9.2 560jl actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Suspected violations will be investigated and may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies where required by law.

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 560jl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of 560jl or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 560jl platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the platform;
• Use platform content for commercial purposes.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of 560jl's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and/or other intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 The 560jl platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 560jl takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 560jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.3 560jl's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 560jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which the platform will prompt a break;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding Players of time spent and amounts wagered.

13 Termination & Suspension

13.1 560jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity in accordance with 560jl's dormant account policy.

13.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, 560jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where permitted by applicable law and regulation.

13.3 Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting 560jl support. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding wagering obligations.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 560jl operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 560jl's internal complaints procedure may be escalated to PAGCOR for adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures.

14.3 In the event of any dispute between a Player and 560jl, the Player should first contact 560jl's support team to seek an informal resolution. 560jl will use reasonable efforts to resolve Player complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

14.4 Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 560jl platform that cannot be resolved through the processes described above.

15 Amendments to These Terms

15.1 560jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the document.

15.2 For material changes to these Terms, 560jl will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

15.3 Your continued use of the 560jl platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
